An Optional Service
Once your barrel reaches its peak, you choose what happens next. If you or your recipients aren't ready to receive the bottles, we will pour it, bottle it, and keep it safely in our vault — for as long as you need.

Simply say the word — at any point during your barrel's maturation — and we will initiate the bottling process on your behalf. No waiting for a specific date or event.

Your barrel is hand-drawn, proofed, filtered, and hand-filled into 750ml bottles by our expert bottling team at Bardstown Bourbon Company.

Your finished bottles are catalogued and stored in our private, temperature- and humidity-controlled vault — preserving every ounce of what time built.

A modest annual storage fee covers bottling, cataloguing, insurance, and vault maintenance. A full fee schedule is provided at the time of your request.
