Then we pour your personal stash, bottle and label it for you, and either pour and store it, or ship it to you at the location of your choice.

All tiers include secure rickhouse aging and bottling at peak maturity. Monthly storage is free for years 1–4; thereafter, storage fees apply based on the barrel's aging year.

Your finished bottles are catalogued and stored in our private, temperature- and humidity-controlled vault — preserving every ounce of what time built.

A Small Custodial Fee
A modest annual storage fee covers bottling, cataloguing, insurance, and vault maintenance. Pricing is provided at time of request.

Bonded Kentucky Distillery
Your barrel rests within a federally bonded and licensed Kentucky distillery, regulated by the TTB and subject to annual government inspection. Bardstown Bourbon Company has operated for over a decade and contract distills for more than 100 brands — a scale and reputation that speaks to permanence.
Legal Deed is Drawn
Upon commissioning, a binding legal deed of ownership is executed in your name. You receive a certified copy for your records.
Fully Insured, Always
Every barrel is insured for its full appraised value against fire, flood, theft, and loss — from the day it enters the rickhouse until the day it is bottled and delivered.
Secure, Climate-Controlled Storage
Barrels are stored in temperature-regulated rickhouses with 24/7 monitoring. Each barrel is individually tagged, numbered, and logged in a permanent digital and physical registry.
Periodic Quality Assessments
We ship samples to you, on-demand, for regular assessments of the quality and taste. Only when you've determined your barrel has reached its optimal peak do we initiate the pour.
The Delivery Guarantee
If Bespoke Barrel Co. ceases operations for any reason, a successor trustee agreement with an independent bonded facility ensures your barrel is transferred, properly stewarded, and your ownership rights are honored — without exception.
